THE ROLE
Due to the Company&rsquo;s ongoing success and growth, we have an exciting new position as a Wet Paint Sprayer/General Operative. This role requires a team player, with extensive hand spraying experience with primers, basecoats, metallics and lacquers. As well as having 1 and 2k paint mixing and component preparation knowledge; ensuring high-quality standards are met whilst maintaining safety protocols.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
&middot; A minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience, spraying all types of paints, onto automotive components of various sizes.
&middot; Ability to spray high volume components to a consistently high-quality standard, throughout a shift.
&middot; Knowledge of all types of substrates and their preparation prior to painting.
&middot; Understanding of spray equipment, from stripping and cleaning spray guns to spray-booth maintenance
&middot; Able to independently set up and adjust spray gun settings as per works instructions, and competently spray specific jobs unsupervised.
&middot; Very good attention to detail, spraying high-end cosmetic automotive parts.
&middot; Ability to meet deadlines and respond positively to pressure.
