1. Apply or register online
You can apply for any of our live jobs on our website. Our jobs page can be filtered by location, job type, and contract type, so you can find something that’s the perfect fit for you. If you’d like to register your interest for any upcoming placements with your local team, you can send them a message on our contact us page - it won’t be long before one of the team gets in touch.
2. Complete your registration with gap personnel
Next, we’ll need just a little bit more information in order to progress your application. Once you hit “apply” you’ll be redirected to our secure registration portal. We’ve made it super easy to do this online – but don’t worry if you can’t, it’ll be a short visit to branch just so we can take some copies of your paperwork. If you complete your registration online, we’ll send you a video link so we can introduce ourselves, have a chat about the role you’ve applied for, and complete a final compliance check. The power of the internet, eh?
3. Let’s get you ready for placement
Once we’ve boxed off all the initial admin to get you compliantly registered, it’s time to get ready for placement! That might mean completing some suitability assessments, especially if the company you’re working for have certain skill requirements. You might also need to attend an induction where you’ll meet the site team and learn more about the role and working environment. You’ll be given any PPE or uniform you need to start work, and we’ll make sure you’ve got all your official bits and bobs including a key information document and your contract.
4. Time to start work
We’ll make sure you know exactly where you’re meant to be and who you will be meeting on your first day. And we’ll check in with you after your first shift and regularly throughout your placement to see how you’re getting on. Got something you need to discuss?
