Pay & Hours of work
· 4on 4off – 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
· £12.21 days or £13.21 nights
Responsibility
· Core role is production and packing of artisan products, to build cartons of finished product and store safely in the site freezer
· Occasionally the Shift Leader may require support in stacking and movement of pallets produced on the automated line
- Manage the daily cleaning regime and keep appropriate records for audit trail purposes, this to include weight checks, metal detection checks, clean down activity etc.
- Maintain production efficiency and manage waste levels, especially packaging, to a minimum
