Machine operative

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced machine operatives at one of our well-established clients in Blackburn!

Genuine temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidates.

 

Candidate must have previous proven experience working in manufacturing environment.

 

Role will include but won’t be limited to:

·         Operating machines

·         Visual quality checks

·         Applying and handling various chemicals

·         Following health a safety guidelines

·         Following verbal and written instructions

 

Successful candidate will have a good written and spoken level of English, good numeracy skills, have great attention to details, dexterous hands and be physically fit.

 

Shift times:

Continental rotating shift pattern on days and nights: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off

 

Pay rate:

Starting rate is £13.86 per hour whilst training, pay increases up to £15.36 per hour after 12 weeks (depending on training/ experience)
