Telesales Executive

£26k - £29k per annum  

Monday – Friday / General Office Hours

Wrexham

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Telesales Executive on a permanent basis to join their team.

Performance Objectives

·        Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

·        Understand customer needs and requirements.

·        Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM for further development and closure.

·        Close sales and achieve targets.

·        Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territories.

·        Team with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals.

·        Researching for new leads.

·        Upselling products and services.

·        Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.

Person Specification

·        Excellent customer service skills.

·        Excellent verbal communications and active listening skills.

·        Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day.

·        Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

·        Experience working with a CRM system.

·        Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

·        Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
