Job Title: Housing and Support Officer
Location: Swindon SN25
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week ( start and finish time may vary )
Rate of Pay: £11.54ph - £13.46ph DOE.
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks.
Gap-personnel is currently recruiting for the role of Housing and Support Officer, in Swindon area.

Ideal candidate must be flexible with working hours, drive their own car and have relevant experience and people’s approach.
The role is temp to perm, 12 first weeks will be completed through an agency, and will be counted as probation period.
Duties Include:
- Assessment and Support Planning
- Welfare Support
- Team Collaboration
- Record Keeping
- Interviewing candidates applying for the home support
- Administration
Skills Required:

- Understanding of Homelessness (preferred)
- Valid Driving Licence (essential)
Working days and hours:
- Monday to Friday , start and finish time any hours between 7am and 5pm , *but completing 40 hours per week
- 1 weekend day on call per month – usually Saturday but may be also Sunday on some occasions
Additional Information ( the below will qualify after completion of probation period, which will be led by signing perm contract with the company )
