Gap Personnel are proud to be working alongside a new client who is a leading food manufacturer within their field located on the outskirts of Chester in their search for Packing operatives to join them on a temp to perm basis. Due to increases in business, our client is looking for multiple operatives. The main attribute our client is looking for is a good attitude to work.
Responsibilities:
· Role rotation including, making boxes, packing products, and transporting pallets of boxes into storage.
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping at all times according to the Hygiene procedures.
· Undertake the different manufacturing tasks in order to manufacture quality and safe products according to the production plan.
· Pack tubs according to the plan
· Clean and sanitise all equipment/machinery prior to and after use in accordance with cleaning schedules.
· When applicable to a specific allocated task, respect the procedures in place to control CCPs
· Carry out any other task requested, or as necessary from time to time, as commensurate with the role
Person Specification:
· Due to location, own transport is REQUIRED.
· Previous experience within manufacturing/production.
· Ability to work cold conditions.
Hours of work :
Tuesday – Friday 7am-7pm.
Pay:
£12.21p.h
